BARBERA D’ASTI d.o.c.g. SUPERIORE aged in barrique
This wine comes from a careful selection of Barbera grapes that gives a red ruby colour with glints of garnet.
Fermentation takes place directly in small oak barrels where it can remain for over 14 months. Besides the typical aromas of Barbera, toasted and spicy hints are also evident.
Served at 18° C along with game, lamb and seasoned cheeses.
